| Information: | This workshop builds on the success of “Maintaining the Momentum” last year which in turn followed on from the CEL Connect & Realise Courses. The aim of this workshop is to a) Explore the skills needed in turning ILT strategies into real change and improvement through effective action planning b) Develop action planning for sustainability in e-learning - managing to ensure that the whole process remains fresh, meeting the needs of Learners and Staff. We will look at the key roles in the Action Planning process such as Research Piloting Monitoring and Evaluation Training and Development of staff The key roles of the manager in ensuring that this takes place The actual practical skills of Action Planning for e-learning The skills involved in involving everybody and keeping them on board Reflect on the impact this may have on your existing e-learning strategy. We will also look at tools that can help in the process including ‘Generator’ |
